Don't You Just Hate It When!!!!!

Okay I have a couple of people whom I know that meets people via the Internet, I include myself as well, but as of late I have been having my friends ask me "DON'T YOU HATE IT WHEN YOU MEET SOMEONE ONLINE & THEY TURN OUT TO BE A BULLSHITTER?" See as you know Internet Dating seems to be the "In Thing" & you figure that you are playing it safe by putting yourself out there, in the hopes that you would find your Mr. or Mrs. Right but in all actually you end up encountering with Mr. & Mrs. Right NOW....So here's the set up & please tell me if I am right or wrong....



THE SET UP - You create a profile online, take some wicked photos, (could be tasteful, could be X-rated or a bit of both) whatever floats ya boat, post up your likes, dislikes, favorite genre's of music, movies, activities etc. & once you finish your page which you spent almost all day creating because you want to make sure that when it is being viewed that your page STANDS OUT IN THE CROWD. You get numerous responses back which excites you even more because you know that the work you put in on your page is paying off, you read the responses but before you read the responses of course you have to check out the members profile as well to make sure that they are @least passing in the looks department of your criteria once you have completed those tasks & you respond back to them, there opens the area of communication between the 2 of you....

THE REEL IN - You start off by exchanging cutesy little remarks & compliments to each other via email, then about 5 to 10 minutes in 1 or both of you suggest you should continue the conversation via IM - you chat personally for a moment & maybe even exchange a few photos via the person's request a few moments later the exchange of phone numbers are suggested....& also the set up of the meet & greet between you 2. So far so good, you figure you can continue speaking because you want to get comfy around this person before the initial meeting....You both are excited because you are hoping this person is everything they say they are on their web page not to mention your IM & phone conversation may have been intellectually stimulating to your mind, body & soul. But as soon as you exchange the digits & call that person, you find out that they are as shallow as frogging' water.....All of your expectations & hopes about this person both male & female & washed away because they are just not what you wanted......That is why I say "DON'T' YOU HATE IT WHEN THE PERSON THAT YOU MEET ON THE INTERNET IS DAMN BORING & CORNY?"
